MAKING CAMP
A couple days late, but Pride's Alex Morgan will join USWNT

Orlando Pride forward Alex Morgan has moved to Olympique Lyonnais in France, but Morgan will return for U.S. Women’s National Team training camp this month.

Morgan, 27, who scored four goals for the Pride in the NWSL last season and led the U.S. with 17 goals last year, will join the USWNT starting Jan. 16, during FIFA international dates. The camp is scheduled Jan. 13-23 at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Carson, Calif.

Also called in were Kristen Edmonds, the Pride’s leading scorer with six goals last season, NWSL goalkeeper of the year Ashlyn Harris, and Pride defender Ali Krieger, recently acquired from the Washington Spirit.
